54.6V 3.5A charger for 48V 13S Li-ion battery pack

a. The charger integrates power factor correction (PFC), it can avoid the impact of high current and can't produce pollution on the grid.
b. Efficiency>87% ,Power Factor>0.97 for charger with 120V-240V input, or >0.7 for charger with 120V/230V input.
c. With MCU controller, Pre-CC+CV+Cutoff 4-stage charge method.

Protection:

1. The charger's internal relay makes  the output voltage is less than 5.5V with no-load, when the output is connected to a battery, the output voltage of charger is normal.
 2. Short circuit protection: when the output of charger is shorted, the charger will close output automatically without any damage.
3. Reverse polarity protection: when the output is connected to a battery reversely, the charger will close output automatically without any damage.
 4. Overheating protection: the internal temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the charger will close output automatically.
